Returns & Refund info
If the artwork fails to meet your expectations or is damaged on delivery, please let me know as soon as you can by emailing email@example.com or via. the Contact Page above.
If you are wishing to return your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. You will subsequently have 21 days to return the item in the original packaging. I will send you a label and provide instructions of how to return the item. You can either request a replacement or a full refund.
Should you request a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of me receiving the artwork back.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that proof of purchase is required to process refunds.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
Copyright and reproduction rights: I reserve the right to reproduce any of my original artwork as giclee prints, greetings cards and for marketing and publicity purposes. If you purchase an original painting you may subsequently see it available as a reproduction print but there is only one handmade original.
