I aim to dispatch your order within three days. I will send you an email letting you know when to expect it. Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for special orders and 3 weeks for bespoke framing.

UK customers: Delivery of prints is usually 3 working days from date of dispatch (includes Saturdays)

International customers: Delivery is usually 5 - 10 working days from date of dispatch. Customs duty may be charged on arrival. The customer is responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees.

Packaging:

Unframed prints up to & including A3 size: 

These are sent flat packed in a cellophane envelope with stiff cardboard/backing board, and placed within a hard-backed envelope marked 'do not bend'.
